Tri-Community Economic Enhancement Initiative was created
in 2007 by the leaders of the Horizon’s program even though the Initiative
is in it’s beginning stages it is making great strides in the areas
of small business start up and expansion, entrepreneurship education, tourism
and town renovation. The T.R.E.E. Initiative is funded by the Bush Foundation
a non-profit organization based out of Minneapolis Minnesota as well as supporters
in the T.R.E.E. communities.
If you’d like to be a supporter of the T.R.E.E. Initiative you can contact
Megan Bickel at 605-466-2040 or 605-848-1648 or make checks payable to: T.R.E.E.
Initiative and mail it to our office at P.O. Box 186, Isabel, SD 57633.
When you give to the T.R.E.E. Initiative you will support small business development
and community revitalization to the towns of Dupree, Timber Lake and Isabel
which are located on the Cheyenne River Indian Reservation. We will use your
donation to provide resources to our businesses, and provide our local schools
with entrepreneurial education as well as continue with our goal of reducing
poverty throughout the Cheyenne River Indian Reservation.
